why did the interviewer keep the interview real short? they didn't ask any job situation questions or anything? I was at an interview and they didn’t ask me any questions!! well the only questions they asked is what schedule I can work and I said the only shift I can’t work is the night audit shift. The lady said that she was looking for someone am and pm flexible and night audit. I’m thinking okay they need 2 people then. They didn’t ask me any other questions besides if i have a job right now. They also asked me if I have customer service experience. I said I did. Then that was it!! it was a 3 minute interview!!!
WHY DID she invite me for an interview if they felt I wasn’t qualified. I mean my QUALIFICATIONS are on my resume!!
I SMILED and kept a positive attitude I don’t get it!
I feel i’m discriminated against because they didn’t ask me any questions!!!!
they knew my qualifications because they had my resume and application!!!!
she probably wasn’t even suppose to do the interview herself…sounds like she asked the right things…but if you have a job..she may be hiring or looking for someone who doesn’t have a job. References :

Probably because she has a million interviews to get through. Hang in there. Don’t take it so personally and keep trying.

she probably wasn’t even suppose to do the interview herself…sounds like she asked the right things…but if you have a job..she may be hiring or looking for someone who doesn’t have a job.
