Well you can ask your sponsor to give him a 6 month multiple exit re entry visa once he has his Bahraini work permit.
Once he has this he can drive every day to work!!! it aint that far and it is easy. Many people do it.

u should do the oppiste… Work in Khobar and live in free and liberal Bahrain
