Outdoor advertising is a low budget and effective way of advertising your company’s product. Among all available marketing and advertising channels, billboard advertising is the most widely accepted method, and has been proven to be the best sales strategy in the recent times. Nearly 5.6 billion dollars was spent on billboard advertising alone in the year 2007, as analyzed by the Outdoor Advertising Association of America.
Billboard exposure is the best bet in outdoor advertising and isn’t that costly when compared to other mediums. And with the amount of eyes the product gets, the money is worth it. In the past few years several factors have triggered billboard signs and cost effectiveness being one of the prime reasons. One of the reasons is if an ad is placed in the local newspaper or a television channel, the advertisement gets noticed for only thirty seconds and when the same advertisement is placed on billboard, it gets noticed through out the day, for months.
Thousands of people view billboards everyday on their way to jobs or home. It also doesn’t get lost in the pages like an ad placed in a newspaper or magazine. There is a frequent and continuous delivery of message. No other marketing method can grab the attention of people like billboards can. It creates brand awareness and strong name recognition.
One of the reasons behind the cost being low is technology. In the early years, billboards were hand-painted due to which the labor cost was high. Now, advertisers design and print their sales or ad copy on a huge poster board or vinyl board by a computer-aided printer, which is very cost effective.
Creativity can be achieved to the highest extent, with ease and less money. The brighter, colorful, creative the artwork is, the more eye-catching it becomes. With the advancements in technology, it takes very little time to design outdoor campaigns with unlimited possibilities.
Before placing a billboard ad in a particular area, it’s better that research is done about the interest of the people in and around that area. Like if the advertiser desires to post on a highway, he can choose the advertisement on a motel, cafeteria, or gas station.
The cost for an outdoor marketing campaign is very reasonable. It varies from $1,000 to $3,000 per month depending on several factors, of course. Ten advertisements will cost around $ 30,000. It might look like a big amount, but it costs almost the same if placing a full-page ad in a newspaper for only a day. And if the effectiveness is considered for both the methods, newspaper marketing is not even half as effective as billboard advertising.
Billboard advertising has high-impact on people and is a cost-effective method of reaching target customers. The above-mentioned ideas are but a few of the many advantages of billboard advertising.

Christians: Isn't this world for the most part dominated by people with spirits of ungodliness?
I mean American society, global society, global business, what people value…all seems to be dominated, controlled, and supported by people who don’t necessarily have the spirit of truth and God within them. Basically the total opposite. People think using humanism, modernism, science, logic, and all sorts of other things, which, depending on how you look at things aren’t bad in and of themselves, but…there’s NO GOD in the picture. At all, totally non-existent and wiped out. If you utter "god" at any job interview, or to a banker, or to others (if you’re not applying for a position at a church), they’d laugh at you.
I see billboards for "the future of banking," etc. this society has turned into a busy busy busy, money IS GOD, place, cut throat place, where humans have become dividends, and annuities are a more popular term than "prayers," and everything is becoming a plan, conniving, calculating and cold, materialistic type of existence, where you have to work hard, plan everything out, save for this, save for that, and people don’t care about each other, use each other, lie to each other, steal from each other from criminals and low lives, to white collar. There are many billionaire and millionaires who steal.
Basically what I’m saying is, this world largely seems to be evil, supported by evil, controlled by evil, and laughs at good or the idea of God, and thinks its irrelevant.
Basically to me it sounds EXACTLY what evil spirits or entities, or better yet, godless spirits or entities would want. People or beings or spirits that don’t believe in God, or hate god, and love themselves and their agendas, would LOVE for things to be like that because then they have full power, and God’s out of the picture, and that’s EXACTLY what’s going on.
So for all the true "believers," ….they end up going through hell because no one believes them, people think they’re crazy, and they have NO place in this new world system of the modern age. they’re seen as irrelevant and unimportant.
Meanwhile our newer generations are growing up valuing image, media, money, and sex, and all sorts of other godless things which they see as TOTALLY normal. Our music artists get all dolled up, look plastic, sing about money and sex and what not, our movies are all about money, image, status, etc,..our stores cater to that,
it’s all about what you spend, the car you drive, the clothes, your social ranking,,…how much money you have in your pocket, your credit cards…
and it’s becoming worse year by year,…inflation, business global economies, stock market,..that’s our world and it’s FAST FAST FAST, and changes by the minute.
These people and their ways of thinknig dominate and control this planet, and no one or nothing seems to stop them.
To Christians, they are the almighty satan that rule the world, and the whole world lieth in wickedness rings true to this.
God or goodness doesn’t seem to prevail at all in this system or on planet earth anymore, and it’s dwindling down to small numbers.
So what I’m wondering is 1)why doesn’t anyone acknowledge how truly evil and godless this world really is and always has been, and why isn’t anyone ever doing anything about it? Heck why isn’t god or spirits of good even doing anything about it?
and 2) if Christians truly don’t belong here, and their kingdom is not of this world, because it has been given over to Satan, then does this existence from birth to death feel like constant torture to them? How do they cope with it? Why can’t good seem to control or overpower evil here in this realm ever, if good and God are supposedly so powerful?
This world is just so wicked and favors falsity, sin, lies, deceit, image, status, money, all the fake stupid cr@p over being a good person and helping others.
It’s truly sad. Envy, competition…everything evil soars and flies here, and everything good is seen as weak, irrelevant, stupid even.
Good people are seen as chumps more or less.
People don’t want a savior, or to believe in anything. They believe in themselves, humanism, modernism, science, and they believe more in science fiction novels and have no value on human life whatsoever.
this life honestly to me, seems to be just an evil place, where human life or the belief of a soul is pretty much extinct in many ways.
satan/evil , if it exists, truly did a wonderful job at destroying any iota of a belief in that stuff.
Heck, our media laughs at it.

I’m offended that you equate ungodliness with evil.
Frankly, religion is part of why there are so many bad things going on in the world.
Religion encourages people to just follow a spoon-fed morality and not think for themselves. This trains them very well to be good consumers buying whatever people tell them they need and good political blocs voting for whatever people tell them is right.
One of my favorite Christian quotes has to do with taking the 2×4 out of your own eye before looking for the splinters in others’.

Of course. The Bible says that satan is the prince of this world. The Lord has allowed him to have quite a bit of control here until He (Jesus) returns. It’s only going to get worse before He returns, too.
There’s a worldly system…where the creation is worshiped over the creator, and this isn’t just idols of stone and bronze, but any time that people put money, sex, power, whatever, over God…and then there’s Godly wisdom, which is dying to self, loving our enemies, not taking revenge, loving people, and being courageous enough to speak the truth.

your arguments are based on fear of progress and change. you would like to cling to your fantasy of a perfect, unchanging world, but that is childish and does not help us solve our very real problems. embrace change and progress, and lose the drama. puffing up your fear into a drama of good and evil is what leads people to commit atrocities in the name of god.

First, consider what evil truly is. It is not the unbelief in god that makes someone evil, it their actions toward others. The absence of love is evil, thus satan is evil, as he has no love. It is not the job of mortal humans to change this world, but that of God, who will do so in Armageddon. All christians admit that modern society has little godly devotion left, however, again, this is not evil.
Secondly, Revelation 21:3,4. Humans are to enjoy life on a paradise earth after satan has been destroyed. Satan owns this earth only for a brief period of time, not eternity. Humans are to enjoy life on earth rather than heaven.

Your rant could just as easily be an anti-capitalism rant. In fact it sounded exactly what my socialist art college compatriots used to spout, all the time, minus the ‘God’ bits.
They used to blame greed, corporations, the US, 3rd world exploitation by capitalist economies, financiers, loan sharks, advertising etc etc.
I suggest you join a kibbutz, or the Amish, or a Fair Trade initiative. Take action instead of seeking hypocritical refuge in superstition, while continuing to buy computers, mobile phones, child-labor clothing and goods etc just the same as everyone else.

For you to place blame on ‘humanism’ while also stating that ‘they’ (you never did say who ‘they’ were) have "no value on human life whatsoever" is beyond ludicrous. Humanists place ultimate value on human life.
You made some good points in your rant, but they were lost in such unfocused, i-ll considered nonsense. You are apportioning blame to more or less everyone while conveniently claiming that you are part of it. One glance at your questions shows that you are just as interested in credit cards as the people you are ranting about.
