  1. Singapore Employment Pass?
    Hi,

    I was employed in singapore and had a valid EP for 1 year. However, I got a opportunity in US and hence had to leave to US. Currently my EP for Singapore has expired however I havent returned EP back to MOM.

    I am planning for a Family vacation early next year to Singapore. Will I have problem getting Tourist VISA or even EP (if I apply for one in the future).

  2. As long as you follow the procedure applying and terminating the EP, there shouldn’t be any problem if you need to apply travel pass.

    Unless your EP is FORCE terminated by your employer/s or/and you engage illegal business in Singapore, if not you can rest your mind if you want to come to Singapore as a tourist.
