  1. What do I do if I have been accused and terminated due to Hostile Environment – Sexual Harassment at work?
It happened today. I was pulled out of training class, and spoken to. The guy was rude, i tried my best to be polite. I now want to know what i can do tomorrow to follow up and get another position with the company.

I feel the incident was not a Sexual Harassment Hostile Work Environment act, rather an isolated incident of sillyness (text on a screen saver was alleged.) I feel I was partially intimidated into giving a statement to hurt me. I cam eback and asked to speak to HR. They told me to talk to them tomorrow (at 3:30PM it happened 1:30PM.)

I will take this all the way. They said I must apply as new hire.

    Never had this happen….

How can I ensure I can fight this properly, and what can I do especially if the incident is most likely NOT to the level of SH – HWE?
I appreciate the feedback. As this happened at 1:30pm, tried to meet with everyone today. They said call them tomorrow. I will. I am also interested in what they have to say.

I have told the security guards as well that I am trying to go through the proper channels.

This job meabs everything to me.

Keep it coming, i cannot wait for tomorrow. Thanks.

  4. I can’t think of much to add to the answer provided by ‘RightChanges.biz’……………………..

This company is doing the prudent thing by immediately dealing with the insensitive and immature act. Learn from the mistake and do what is needed to get the job back if that is what you want. It all rest on your shoulders and you being able to prove you deserve another chance. The employer hired you for a reason you must make them see that they were right in that original decision and that you will not make the same mistake again.
