Green card ==> which type of visa is this? I am trying to fill a form and it asks me to chose a type of visa.
I am a green card holder which one should i chose?
A1 Diplomatic and dependents*
A2 Other foreign governmental official or employee and dependents*
AM Amnesty recipient defined by U.S. Department of Homeland Security
AS Asylee defined by U.S. Department of Homeland Security
B2 Visitor – pleasure
E1 Treaty trader or dependent*
E2
Treaty investor or dependent*
F1 Student
F2
Dependent* of student
H1 Temporary specialty worker
i don’t think its any of those… and the answer would also depend on how you got your green card. Did you get it through another American citizen? Did you get it by playing the lottery? or did you get it after being on an H1 for 6 years?
I would call the Embassy for the best response. It’s real important. Otherwise, your process is going to take very long and would be very stressful.

I would think there would be a seperate category for green card holders, which are technically classified"Permanent Resident" None of these would fit. References :
A visa is a temporary permission to stay in the USA, for a set number of years; a green card is not a visa, it gives the holder, IE) you the right to live and work permanent without restrictions within the USA References :

Every classification in the list you provided is for a nonimmigrant. Those people who have a "green card" (Form I-551) are immigrants.
It would have helped if you had told us what form it is that you’re filling out.

LPR – Lawful Permanent Resident.
Perhaps there is a box which asks if you are a "U.S. citizen or resident". If so, you answer that yes and skip the visa question.
Citizens and residents don’t need visas.
