How do I know that an employer is searching for a resume on Yahoo Hot Jobs.com and when will I get a response?

I recently posted my resume on several job boards like hot jobs and I am not getting any replies from any employer as of yet. I do not want to sound pushy, but the wait is killing me!!!!

What kind of jobs are you looking for? You should check the company websites and apply at each company that way. Job boards tend to be a bunch of spam.
